By purchasing tickets, attending events, or using any TBS Promotions services, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Event Attendance
- —All attendees must be 18+ unless otherwise stated
- —Valid ID may be required for entry
- —TBS reserves the right to refuse entry
- —No weapons or dangerous items permitted on the premises
Tickets & Refunds
- —Tickets are non-transferable unless agreed by TBS
- —Refunds only available if an event is cancelled by TBS
- —Event date changes do not automatically guarantee a refund
- —Lost tickets cannot be replaced without proof of purchase
Fighter Participation
- —All fighters must complete mandatory medical checks
- —TBS is not liable for injuries sustained during competition
- —Fighters must adhere to their agreed weight class rules
- —Unsportsmanlike conduct results in immediate disqualification
Liability
- —You attend TBS events at your own risk
- —TBS is not liable for loss or theft of personal belongings
- —Photography and video may be taken for promotional use
- —By attending, you consent to being filmed and photographed
Changes to Terms
TBS Promotions reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
